i mean fillers anime manga all of it who had the strongest genjutsu?
i have to say that girl who could paint stuff to life

Kurama Clan Arc, I suppose... I really liked that filler. And ofcourse, that girl Yakumo had an excellent genjutsu. I hope Sai had that ability... LOL, you can imagine how good he would be with a painting kit genjutsu...

ty ty ty i couldnt remember the name of her for anything if sai had that power he could have carried out danzo's plan ages ago lol.
sry to go off topic but filler episodes i wish did go along with manga since kabuto brought back utakuta(6ix tail jinchuuriki) it would have made it more dramatic sense naruto helped him out in a filler nad even though it was only 1 episode it was good to see gaara'sapprentice grow up in the sand

I would say Itachi, even if it wasn't Tsukuyomi his genjutsu was extremely fast and you couldn't tell it was a genjutsu unless he made it obvious. Naruto isn't a very good example, seeing as Genjutsu is his weakness XD But still, Tsukuyomi is the most powerful genjutsu in existence, and Itachi wielded it to it's full power, controlling both time and space inside the 'Nightmare Realm.'
If I could have any jutsu in the entire Narutoverse, it would be perfect Tsukuyomi.

yakumo genjutsu was something like tsukuyomi she could control time and space too

I don't think he was trying to say the clam was a genjutsu, just the source of the most powerful one. And it is definitely a valid argument since the second mizukage gave very clear warning to watch out for genjutsu around him and his clam and he is a former kage so you know he is strong. _________________
