why episodes can't be uploaded every 2-3 days ? Its long time 7-14 days

They are only aired in japan once a week and sometimes they will skip a week for various reasons. They can't be uploaded after the episode airs.

Yeah, they must first be downloaded, translated, subbed, etc. before they can uploaded online.

Actually the translations and uploads are surprisingly fast so the limiting factor on the speed of new episodes beeing uploaded is that there simply ain't any more broadcasted yet.
