Dude I can't even put into words how excited I was to see ichigo get his powers back by having rukia stab him again, simply incredible. They couldn't have picked a better way to bring her character back. Can't wait to see ichigo remind us what someone who could defeat aizen in combat can do!

The kanji on it is juu-san (13), and I believe the lieutenants were the only ones to were badges like that. _________________

Here is the image http://mangastream.com/read/bleach/54624477/15If you look at rukia she still has her zanpaktou sheathed at her side, so it was not a power transfer like the first time. Also the sword she is using seems to be made of pure reiatsu, or at least completely encased in it. My guess is that another shinagami (most likely his dad) willingly offered their powers up (which is what was sealed in the sword) in order to give ichigo enough reiatsu to unlock his powers again. _________________
