1.Madara's Teleporting Technique



Minato's flying thunder god is limited because it used seals and he could only travel or attack at a point the thrown marked knives landed. Madara can use his by using something yet unseen in Narutoverse: Will Power.

"He used a time and space Ninjutsu in that situation? No, that’s impossible. He made no seals had no summoning tattoos and still got his body out of the area? If that’s true, than his space/time ninjutsu are even more advanced that the fourth's."

A new style of jutsu performance thus was created. And no one can take that away from Madara, no one before him was seen to even use any jutsu especially at such a high caliber that needs no seal or tattoo to aid him.

Madara's jutsu does not relay on hand seals, does not get you killed and does not relay on any yet known dojutsu powers.

2.Susanoo-Sasuke's version



Itachi's Susano'o has a simple Sword and thats it. Being a large weapon it has a large range, but its still fairly limited in Range and attack style. What exactly would Itachi's Susano'o be capable of against Flying Enemies or enemies that fought at long range. It could defend but completely lacks an offense. Sasuke's Doesn't and can fight extremely effectively at all ranges.

Though a Sword Stroke from a fast moving giant sword is hard to avoid it hardly compares to barrage of arrows from Sasuke's Susano'o. And if Kishimoto follows any type of logic at all then Arrows Fired from a bow by Sasuke's Susano'o would be a-lot faster then Itachi's Susano'o could possibly wield its sword.
Just like an arrow shot from a bow can move a-lot faster then a stroke of the sword.

Only Orochimaru,Itachi,Madara,Raikage and maybe Minato can survive Susanoo's arrows

3.Susanoo-Itachi's version



In his final stage, it wields the sacred Yata no Kagami as a shield in its left hand and the legendary Totsuka no Tsurugi in its right hand.The Yata no Kagami can block every ninjutsu and the sword can seal anything it touches.

4.C0-Deidara



The highest form of Deidara's Exploding Clay.It destroying everything within a ten kilometer radius.Only Madara,Sasuke,Itachi and Minato can see this attack and to survive

5.Kirin-Sasuke Uchiha



Sasuke will first launch fireballs into the sky above using his Gouryuuka jutsu.These fireballs will warm the atmosphere and create a powerful rising air current, which in turn generates thunderclouds. Sasuke will then form Chidori and raise his arm to the heavens. This will allow him to channel the lightning down upon his target. Because he is merely channeling the naturally created lightning, he is able to utilize a power greater than what a ninja could create with their own elemental chakra. Because this is also natural lightning, it will travel more quickly than any ninja could dodge. Upon calling down the lightning, it will create a powerful impact with a large amount of destruction.

Lawlzors. How do you expect to fight long range against Itachi's Susano'o anyways? Nothing can touch it, he can just sit there and wait it out while you exhaust yourself. Plus, his sword extended really far when he stabbed Orochimaru.

Mixed with Senjutsuchakra it kills everyone how get hit by it and vaporizes it´s Body. Also this Jutsu can cut through nearly every material.
I´m not pretty sure if Itachi using Susanoo could stop this Jutsu or would get hit critically by it.

Top Five Jutsu in the narutoverse... Lets see.
1. Tsukuyomi - Being able to completely incapacitate one person in an instant just by making eye contant? Torturing them for days while only an instant passes in the real world? As someone above said, this Jutsu rapes. Literally.

2. Susano'o - The ultimate defense, not only are you able to practically avoid any and all damage, you can still attack and pwn everybody from the protection of inside. 1000x better than Gaara's ultimate defense.

3. Edo Tensei - Being able to summon the dead to fight for you is not only extremely useful, but perfect if you make that person fight somebody who loved him/her while they were alive. Making them a mindless zombie is great too. It would have been No. 1, but it requires a human sacrifice for every one person you bring back, horrible drawback.

4. Shinra Tensei/Chibaku Tensei - Being able to repel anything from around you or pull anything towards you or one spot is flipping epic, if I could have any jutsu, it would be this.

5. Chidori/Raikiri - By far the most variable jutsu we've seen, Sasuke can change it's shape to fit practically any occasion, be it a spear, sword, a rain of needles, or a super penetrating punch, this jutsu seems to fit anywhere XD

Tsukuyomi (Itachi style)

Being able to torture a person for what seems like 72 hours or 3 days, in a matter of seconds. How can you not LOVE that jutsu? Itachi version, because he was the creator and therefore the best to use it (yet) The only darkside about Tsukuyomi is that there is not as much action in it (i have a little naruto in me sometimes)

Creating non extinguishable black flames that cost even the Raikages left arm, that is something isn't it?

Shape manipulation at it's highest, combined with wind release nature chakra, this arguably makes this jutsu the most destuctive melee, mid- and longrange jutsu ever invented.

Thousands of Military slaves that cant be killed in normal ways, all created by one person. Do i have to say more?

The ultimate defense and offence jutsu.
Though the extreme chakra consumption, and dangerous side effects to the normal Mangekyō Sharingan. This jutsu is almost unstoppable when fully mastered.
