No offence,but sasuske can never overpower madara if u ask me sasuske could have been dead by now, he won battles because his oppenent never wanted to kill him.
against naruto:
naruto never wanted to kill sasuke if he had hit sasuke with rasengan in his body sasuke could have been history,naruto simply dodged the chidori with rasengan,considering the fact electric is weak against air,naruto could have killed him.
against orochimaru:
orochimaru was ill and wanted sauske's body if orochimaru hadnt been sick he could have finished sasuke.
against itachi:
itachi was sick and ill,yet he was more powerfull than sasuke,the thing is he never really wanted to kill him,if he really wanted to kill him he could have activated his susanoo earlier and could have killed him instantly.
