I strongly disagree that Sasuke can beat Minato. Minato is way out of his league when he couldnt even beat Mei Terumi or Killer A. Mei even beat his Susano'o (though I admit it was imperfect).
Its been proven that Tobi couldn't beat him, and neither can Orochimaru, though I believe Orochimaru may survive the encounter too
I think the ones who could give Minato a run for his money would be:
1)Itachi Uchiha
2)Jiraiya
3)Pain
4)Killer A
5)Madara Uchiha (Prime)
Not all of them would be able to destroy him guaranteed, its a 50-50.

I'm sure I read in an interview with Kishi, him saying that Minato was the strongest current dead Ninja so surely that means the only people who would be stronger than him would be alive. For example:
- Naruto
- Sasuke
- Tobi
- Kabuto
- Mei
A few that would give him a good fight would be (imo):
- Kakashi
- Gaara
- Tsunade
- Raikage
- Tsuchikage

Seeing the new powers and such, I'll have to re-post again.
I think the only two people who could 100% beat Minato are Madara with Rinnegan, and Naruto with BM. KCM has a good chance of winning, but with BM it's a guaranteed win.
Rinnegan Madara has the experience and techniques necessary to defeat Minato, shinra tensei, chibaku tensei, chakra absorbing, etc.Then throw in EMS techniques. I think he could win easily.

Ok I've put some serious thought into this trying to mentally see how fights would plan out etc and I'd say only the following can beat Minato as of the most recent chapter:
Madara
Hashirama
Kabuto
Itachi
Nagato
Rinnegan Tobi
Those who have a chance on winning (no matter how slim):
Naruto
Sasuke
Muu
Tsuchikage
Sandaime Raikage

Itachi and Nagato both lose, minato can not only teleport him self, but anything he wants around him to anywhere, and his sealing abilities are compared to an Uzumaki (coz he learned it from and Uzumaki lol) Sasuke fail miserablly Naruto as well (not smart enought)

You forget Minatos sealing abilities? Sasuke? Yea right Itachi is superfast in his own right, but he is no match for Minato's speed. But, his Susano'o will give him the time he need to predict where Minato would land next thanks to his Sharingan's predictive powers. But, Itachi in his normal mode won't have the stamina to keep Susano'o for too long. But, Edo Itachi can spam it for eternity... Therefore, he can stay safe thanks to his Yata Mirror and use some long-range attacks on Minato to check his Hirashin pattern. When he is damn sure, he can impale Minato with Totsuka by coinciding his Hirashin and his attack at the same time... We havn't seen any potent ninjutsu from Minato till now except the Rasengan, which obviously won't harm Susano'o. And thanks to Susano'o ability to repel all ninjutsus, it won't be harmed by Minato's Fuinjutsus, since Fuinjutsus are classified as ninjutsus only.
