I love Sasuke's MS pattern. Its somewhat different from other MSs in both color and design.

I really like Kakashi's eye design. Not sure why, it just looks epic to me.
Sasuke's would be my second choice, as it's unique and awesome.
Madara's would be third, it looks like a enhanced version of the regular 3-tomoe sharingan.
BTW, I just noticed. Madara and Izuna have very similar MS patterns, likely due to them being brothers, but Itachi and Sasuke's are completely different.
