True, but the reason why I think he's so badass is because how cruel he is.
I had totally forgotten about Hanzou's children though... That is completely unjustifiable.
Raikage would have been fourth on my list, lol. I hate Raikage.

My least favourite character is Ino - She is to annoying
Ther would be another character and namely Iruka - He hasn't shown anything special
