Susanoo is an ability of the MS,Zetsu said that Susanoo's Totsuka Sword combined with the Yata mirror essentially makes Itachi invincible.Susanoo is theoretically the ultimate ability as it doen't have a weak spot. It has a sheild which destroys anything it touches and actively deflect all other jutsu.
4.The Dead Demon Consuming Seal(Minato and Hiruzen)
This seal invokes the powers of the death god. The death god's arm extends from their chest and grabs the soul of the target, immobilizing them and allowing them to see the death god as well. Soon after the sealing is completed the death god consumes the user's soul, sentencing them to an eternity of battle in its stomach. Minato used it to seal the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox into Naruto .Hiruzen sealed off Orochimaru's arms by having the death god cut off the arms of Orochimaru's soul.
5.Izanagi(Danzou)
Powerful genjutsu an individual can cast on themselves. When used, the caster removes the boundaries between reality and illusion, allowing the user to reinforce their vision of reality on themselves. The actual effects of Izanagi varies from user to user, but seem to involve the ability to deem any negative events an illusion and positive events reality. Though the sustained time of the jutsu can greatly differ between individuals, Danzō is implied to have had Orochimaru forcibly extend it to as long as 60 seconds. After the aforementioned time, the eye casting Izanagi will close and be stricken with blindness. I dont know the exact names for these but w/e.
1. During the chunnin exams that guy with the blue glowing hands was sucking someones chakra. W/e jutsu that was i love it.
2. Rasengan. Its awesome. Period.
3.Lees gates. He's a beast in them.
4. Garras sand shit. Anything he does with it is magic.
5. Yamato's wood style barrier. Looks cool.

01. Edo Tensei: The most impressive jutsu i have seen. In exchange of a sacrifice, you can summon anybody you want and have him fight for you. Wish someone would use it to bring Oro-sama back
02.Wood Release(Hashimara Senji):He made Konoha with this jutsu.
03. Iron Sand (Third Kazekage)-The most feared jutsu in Wind Country
04.Susano'o-The best Defanse

1. Chidori/Rasengan. Both are variable and pretty unique to the user, being able to preform either is pretty amazing. Kakashi can use both(but rarely)which makes him epic win.
2. Summoning Technique. Being able to summon pretty much anything is pretty awesome, a giant frog with a sword, ninja hounds, and a crazy variety of others. Also Impure World Resurrection is awesome as well, because you can summon the dead.
3. Fire Style: Dragon Flame Jutsu. Being able to melt rock with your breath is srsly awesome. Buring in water makes it epic win.
4. Earth Style: Head Hunter Jutsu. Being able to travel through the ground like it's water is pretty awesome, being able to suck people under and trap them is even better.
5. Mangenkyou Sharingan Techniques. They vary with the user and are incredibly powerful, the only drawbacks are that they make you go blind, and you have to witness someone you care deeply for die in order to unlock it. They're pretty awesome, but it's a high price.

I havent decided my top 5.. but in my opinion, the greatest technique is the Fuuton rasengan <--- i think that is its name..
Naruto made rasengan and wind element fuse into a orb, that has yet to see its match. plus it even detroyes the users body, meaning only people with suicidal or healing abilities can use it..
any thoughts on that ?

You are somewhat right. But like i said.. nothing has beaten it so far.. but lets see if that will ever happen.
the other jutsus are undoubtetly strong. But will they survive a fuuton rasengan being used by a sage/Kyubi naruto ?? I dont think so..

There are a lot of Jutsus that only deflect/absorb another Jutsu, and it would take something incredibly powerful to break through. A Rasenshurikan could probably smash through most of them, but there's a lot it can't get through. It's not the greatest technique in the world, despite what you think.
Power, not many beat it.
Speed... lame.
Usefulness, not a chance.
Usage: only 2, not good.
