What exeactlly is that badge Ichigo is wearing all the time, the one that gut from S.S gave him and said like its shinigami badge, but others didnt recognize it, the one with a squll on it?

Do you mean Skull?
It's a subsitute Shinigami badge that shows that he's allowed to do Shinigami duties outside of the SS. It also allows him to go into his Shinigami state without having to eat that pill or have Rukia hit him with that glove on.

Thanks i knew that, but i dont remember well, when he showed it to some SHinigami they didnt recognize it

Yea i read manga, not a big fan of Anime, many good mangas have been ruened by creating Anime from it, for example Shaman king, manga is 500x times better,better ending, anime is totally different...  _________________
