Well, I guess it's better off in this subforums although it's not specifically artistic. Just a huge collection of avatars.

They're actually too large for this forum. Quick and easy way to make them suitable using Windows:
Save image, open it with paint.
Don't do anything now because the selection after opening the image is exactly what we need.
Right-click -> "Resize" (or something similar to that, I'm having german windows) and select "Pixels", not "Percentage". In the writing field change "150" to "125" each for heigth and length (paint should change both sizes at once when you change one value, if it doesn't just do it manually).
Then, safe it in .gif because this will make it small enough to be used here (19kb maximum).

I've no idea if it's the same in previous windows versions, but it shouldn't be much different.

Haha, damn, you cought me. Actually I only resize images using Shinra Tensei on them ;(
